About the Role
- The role will be key in the following activities: Lead preparation and delivery of the Business Change Strategy and change impact assessments, Benefit realisation, business readiness plans (user engagement, training and adoption),
- Management of the business readiness leads across directorates.
- As well as the above roles one of the key aspects will be to setup the business readiness leadership group, this will be identifying and engaging with key leads across the Council
- Quality assurance of business change deliverables
- Coordinating the Learning & Development and the Communications & Engagement activities
- Ensuring knowledge transfer across the internal business change managers
- The team will be 70+ both external and internal appointments.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience managing an ERP Project.
- Excellent line management skills.
The programme is expected to be around 18 months, it would be 50% time until November and then expected to be full time.
2/3 days a week until November and then full time.
The role can be remote/hybrid with travel to Dorset on occasions.
This role sits outside IR35.
