: Hybrid- with the ability to attend the Dorchester office 1-2 days per week

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, thrives on attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering excellent service.

You will play a key role in supporting our team, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and an efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Answering phone calls and calling various stakeholders
  • Assist with compliance processes, including right-to-work checks and onboarding documentation
  • Input and manage timesheet data accurately and resolve any discrepancies
  • Coordinate and request shifts with active workers
  • Arrange and manage interview bookings and candidate communications
  • Act as a key point of contact for all stakeholders and monitor shared inboxes
  • Maintain accurate records and support general data entry tasks
  • Help maintain internal systems and databases, ensuring information is up to date and accurate.
  • Provide general office support, including document preparation and filing

Skills & Experience

  • GCSEs (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
  • Customer service experience with strong communication skills
  • Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Teams and Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
